By downloading, installing, or using Wealth Path ("the Service" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wealth Path is a personal finance tracking and goal-setting application that allows users to:

• Track assets including investments, real estate, bank accounts, vehicles, and collectibles
• Monitor debts such as mortgages, loans, and credit cards
• Calculate net worth and financial projections
• Set and track financial goals and milestones
• Use an optional AI-powered chat assistant for financial insights

The App provides tools for personal financial organization and educational purposes only. Wealth Path does not connect to your bank accounts and does not initiate any transactions.

3. AI Chat Assistant and Data Sharing

The App includes an optional AI-powered chat assistant that uses Google's Gemini AI service. By using this feature, you explicitly consent to sharing your financial data — including asset and debt information, net worth and projections, portfolio data, your age and currency preferences, and your chat messages — with Google's Gemini AI service for processing.

• The AI assistant is for informational purposes only and does not provide professional financial advice
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Google processes this data according to Google's Privacy Policy and may use it to improve their AI services
• The feature is entirely optional; you can use all other App features without enabling it

As a user of Wealth Path, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Take responsibility for all financial decisions made using the Service

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Wealth Path offers an optional paid "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed by RevenueCat
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

7. Data Security and Backup

Wealth Path stores your financial data locally on your device, and for Pro subscribers also syncs it to secure cloud storage (Google Firebase). While we implement security measures to protect your data, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining regular backups of your data
• Securing your device with appropriate passwords and security measures
• Understanding that data stored only locally may be lost if your device is damaged, lost, or reset

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, user error, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Wealth Path to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wealth Path and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission. Your financial data remains your property, but you grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account and data. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.
